1. You say USUALLY FREE TO ATTEND an event, what exactly does this mean?

We will attend any event for FREE, but in order to make it commercially viable for us, we ask for a minimum number of guests/competitors, (Usually 300+), otherwise we do charge to attend and the standard fee is £250, but our prices do vary depending on a number of factors, so please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. School Proms, University Balls or Charity events - these are always attended for FREE regardless of the number of guests/competitors. If in any doubt about "free to attend" please contact us.

2.What is a portable studio and how much space do we need to provide you in order to set up and operate this studio?
Our portable studio consists of a high quality photographic background together with studio lighting and space for our sales teams to operate the viewing stations, printers and sales terminals. Ideally we would like a 5m x 5m space but usually work within much less. We are fully self contained and all we ask is for is a parking space [pre paid where required], two (Minimum) AC sockets within the venue and a drink is always appreciated!

3. Do you accept payment by Credit and Debit Cards?
Yes we do, We do not charge any additional fees for accepting credit or debit card payments. Our credit card facilities are handled by Square . Acceptance of credit card payments will be subject to 3g/4g signal or wifi. We bring our own, but sometimes there is no signal at all, and therefore we insist on cash only.

4. What items are available for clients to purchase and take away on the day of the event?
We supply "on site" prints in mounts of 9" x 6" and 12" x 8" . After the day of the event you will be able to view the pictures on our website gallery and purchase additional items on line. The gallery is usually available within 24 - 48 hours of the end of the event. Additional items include Canvas Prints, Poster Sized Prints, T Shirts, Polo Shirts and much more besides. Be sure to check out your gallery after your event to see the extensive range of options available on our web store.

5.Can I choose the colour and style of the background for my event?
YES YOU CAN! We have a large range of backdrops ranging from the standard white and Black, greenscreen - when you book us we will ask you what type of backdrop you require, if you are not sure why not consider one of our Green Screen Events where each and every guest can choose their very own backdrop! How unique is that....?

6. If I place an order on your web site how long does it take to arrive?
All orders are processed in the order that they are received, but all orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped by royal mail 1st class recorded. You will be required to sign for your delivery upon receipt just so that we know your order has arrived safely.

7.Do you cover any type of event?
Yes we do. Any party, event, special occasion should be captured. If there is an event you are planning and it is not listed on our site, please contact us to check availability and pricing.

8.What is the pricing for your prints?
Please contact us to discuss pricing for your event.

9.What is your refund policy?
We will not refund digital purchases due to the nature of the product type. We will of course refund or replace any damaged items received if ordered online [excludes digital content] If you have any doubts about our refund policy please contact us. 

10. Some companies will give cash back to event organisers - do you?
YES! is the short answer...we are always happy to offer cash back incentives to Charity and Sports clubs and the level depends on sales on the day of the event. Cash back rates are based on profit on sales and range from 10% - 30% of profit. Please contact us for more details.

11. If you don't charge to attend an event - how do you make money?
Fair question! We make our money by selling prints on the day of the event. This means that if our pictures aren't as good as we say they are, we won't sell them and we won't make any money! It's your assurance of quality, together with our membership of the recognised Event Photographer Society, which promotes the very highest standards of event photography.  All we ask is that you help us promote our services before during and after the event where appropriate.  

12. Wedding Photography - I really can not decide what the best options are for me as there is too much to consider, can you help?
Of course ! All of the packages we detail are all customisable and we will be happy to tailor any package for you. Just give us a call and book an appointment for us to come and see you and we will talk you through all of the options for your big day.

13. If I buy a download package from any of your events how long do I have to download them ?
We always try to give customers as much time as we can to download pictures purchased, however, we have limited server space and so after 28 days we remove all pictures and they will no longer be available.
