How Does It All Work?...
Well, there are a few options here! Here are the main two that most of our clients go for, but please remember if you have a specific requirement for an event, give us a call and we will discuss all options with you.
Indoor Events - the most popular options:
The Portable Studio Set Up:
For an indoor event we arrive about 1hr before the event is scheduled to start and set up our Professional, fully portable studio, we then take photographs of the guests/competitors and display the images taken on our multiple iPad touch screen viewing stations. Guests are then able to view the images taken and they are available to buy instantly as they are printed within seconds of being taken, they are also available on our webstore usually within 24hrs of the end of the event. For indoor events such as Proms, Balls, Gala Dinners etc...we offer a choice of backgrounds to match any particular colour or theme, or we can supply our High Key (Bright White) or Low Key (Black) or any standard colour, the choice is yours.
The "Roaming Photographer" package:
Here we arrive for the start of your event and do as the title suggests and that is roam amongst your guests throughout an agreed period of time and supply images back to the organiser on disc/digital download after the event. Here, there is no studio set up and no option for prints on site although images are put on a password secured page on our web site for viewing and purchasing images after the event.
The rate for this option is £125 per hour and the minimum time is 2hrs.
For outdoor events we supply our branded vehicles and Gazebo's and using our own generators we are able to offer the same viewing station set up and on site printing as for indoor events! Everything is all fully contained ...even in the remotest of locations!
