Photobooth Hire Cancellation Policy Policy Document for Photobooth Hire Company Name: Lifetime Services trading as Event Photos For All 1. Introduction This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of photobooth hire services provided by Lifetime Services trading as Event Photos For All. We aim to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties involved. 2. Booking Confirmation - A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by Lifetime Services trading as Event Photos For All. 3. Cancellation Terms - Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to samuelwatersphotographer@gmail.com or through a written letter sent to 1 Claybury Crescent, SY4 1EL. - The cancellation will be effective from the date the written notice is received by Lifetime Services trading as Event Photos For All. 4. Cancellation Fee - Cancellations made one month or more before the event date : The client will receive a refund of 20% of the amount already paid. - Cancellations made less than one month before the event date : No refund will be provided, and the client will forfeit any payments made. 5. Refund Process - Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date the cancellation notice is received. - Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment unless otherwise agreed upon. 6. Force Majeure - In cases where the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Lifetime Services trading as Event Photos For All will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine possible refunds or rescheduling. 7. Rescheduling - Clients wishing to reschedule their event instead of canceling must notify Lifetime Services trading as Event Photos For All at least one month before the original event date. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new date falls into a different pricing category. 8. Amendments to the Policy - Lifetime Services trading as Event Photos For All reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
